These Terms govern your use of Hustl. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Hustl.

The service

Hustl helps you create and publish second-hand listings using AI and connected marketplace integrations. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the items and content you list.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive free credits. Credits are deducted on completed sales based on final price. Paid credit packs and subscriptions are billed as described at purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Marketplace rules

When you publish through Hustl you must comply with the terms of the relevant marketplace (such as eBay). You remain the seller of record for your items.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Hustl, including listing prohibited items, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Disclaimer & liability

Hustl is provided "as is". We do not guarantee sales, prices or marketplace availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
